Refund Policy

Last updated: 1 August 2026

What happens to your money if you stop, change your mind, or are not happy with what we delivered. Builds and monthly plans are covered separately, because each is bought differently.

Website builds and rebuilds

We do not refund a change of mind on work we have already done. A build is quoted and made for your business specifically, so what we have already built cannot be resold or reused.

If you are not happy with what we have built, changes are how we put it right, and they are covered by the work you have already paid for. Tell us what is wrong and we will adjust it. A change to the brief or to the scope we quoted is new work, and we quote that before we start it.

If you cancel before we have started, we refund in full. If you cancel partway through, we keep the part of the fee that covers the work done to that point and refund the rest, and we send you what has been built.

Automation builds

The one-off fee to build an automation works the same way. It is scoped to how your business runs, so we do not refund a change of mind on work already done, and we put problems right by fixing what we built. Cancel before we start and we refund in full; cancel partway through and we refund the part of the fee covering work we have not done.

If we quote a build and then find it cannot be done the way we described, we tell you and refund what you have paid towards it.

Monthly plans

Hosting, care and running an automation are billed monthly, month to month, with no lock-in.

You can stop any time before your next monthly payment. The month you have already paid for is not refunded, and we keep the site up or the automation running for the rest of it.

If we take a payment for a month after you have told us you are stopping, that one comes back to you.

Costs paid in your own name

Anything you buy directly in your own name, such as a domain registration or a subscription you hold yourself, is not ours to refund. It never passes through us, so any refund of it is a matter between you and that provider.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a service we supply is not delivered, is not what we described, or is not of acceptable quality, you are entitled to a remedy. Depending on how serious the problem is, that may be having the work redone, or a refund. These rights apply regardless of anything in this policy, and we will honour them.

Chargebacks

If you believe something has gone wrong, contact us first at torek.trade@gmail.com. We would rather fix it than have it become a dispute.
