Websites for furniture makers
A site built around your pieces, your materials and commission work. Priced on this page, so you know before you call.
Sydney based. You deal with the person who builds it.
- 2 to 3 week build
- Priced on the page
- One person, start to finish
- From $300, then $80 a month
What a furniture maker's site has to do
The work fills the frame
Furniture is bought with the eyes. The site is built around large, honest photography of your pieces, organised by type, with the words kept out of the way.
Commissions that arrive complete
A commission enquiry needs dimensions, timber, a budget range and a timeframe. The form asks for all four, so your first reply talks detail instead of chasing basics.
Materials and provenance, stated
Where the timber comes from and how a piece is made is why people pay maker prices. That story sits on the site in your words, not marketing speak.
Lead times, up front
Made to order takes the time it takes. Stating your lead time on the site means enquiries arrive already expecting it.

Build
Two to three weeks, depending on how fast your details come back.

Questions

Yes. Past work is the portfolio. Sold pieces stay up as proof of what you make, marked as commissions or sold where you want it.
No. The packages build a site that shows the work and takes commission and purchase enquiries. If you sell through a marketplace or your own store, the site links to it.
Two to three weeks from the setup fee, depending on how fast your photos and details come back.
Photos of your work, the piece types you make, your materials story and a rough lead time. Photos matter more here than in any other trade.
