Websites for builders

A site built around your projects, your licence and the work you want more of. Priced on this page, so you know before you call.

Sydney based. You deal with the person who builds it.

  • 2 to 3 week build
  • Priced on the page
  • One person, start to finish
  • From $300, then $80 a month

What a builder's site has to do

  • Projects, not adjectives

Nobody hires a builder off a slogan. Past projects get their own pages, photographed properly, labelled by suburb and job type, because that is what people search and what they trust.

  • The licence where it belongs

Builders advertise under a licence number and regulators expect it shown. Yours sits in the footer of every page, with insurance details where clients look for them.

  • Enquiries that are already scoped

The form asks what the job is, new build, extension or renovation, the suburb, and where plans are up to. The first phone call starts at the real conversation.

  • The work you want, first

If you want extensions and keep getting deck repairs, the site leads with extensions. Pages are ordered around the work you want more of, not everything you have ever done.

Setup fee paid in full to start. The monthly begins when your site goes live.

A content change means changing text, swapping photos, or updating prices, hours, contact details or service areas, on pages that already exist. New pages, new sections, layout or structure changes, new functionality and rebuilds are quoted separately. Unused changes do not roll over.

How it works

  1. Twenty minutes on a call

You tell me what your business does and what you want the site to do, and I answer anything you want to ask.

  2. Setup fee

One payment, in full. That is when the build starts.

  3. Build

Two to three weeks, depending on how fast your details come back.

  4. Live, then looked after

The monthly starts the day the site goes live.

Who builds it

One person, Sydney based, from the tools. Most trade and service websites are built by people who have never worked a day on site. Yours would not be.

Questions

$300 to set up, then $80 a month on the Website package. The monthly covers hosting, SSL, backups, monitoring and up to 3 content changes. The SEO and Google Ads packages are priced above.

Yes. Your photos, organised into project pages, labelled by suburb and job type. Photos from finished jobs go up through the monthly content changes.

About an hour up front for photos, licence details and the areas you cover, then a look at the draft. The build runs two to three weeks around your schedule, not the other way round.

It explains your process for approvals in plain language, so clients arrive knowing how you work. It does not give planning advice, that stays between you and your certifier.

Licence and insurance details, photos of finished jobs, the suburbs you cover and which work you want more of.
